Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with good facilities. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Enjoyed my stay and would come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the girl with the long hair. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. the interior decor was sleek and modern, and I loved the smart controls in the room that allowed me to adjust the lights and blinds to my liking.

The size of the rooms was a bit disappointing, as they were smaller than expected based on the website photos. the bathrooms did not offer much privacy, especially for those sharing the room.

This trendy hotel is located right next to the railway line, making it super convenient for exploring the upcoming neighborhood of Shoreditch. Spitalfields market is just a stone's throw away, offering a unique shopping experience. The rooms are comfortable and functional, perfect for a short stay. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing genuine kindness and love. The breakfast is delicious and the 'living room' is a great space to relax.

The only downside is that the rooms could be better soundproofed, as noise from the corridor and nearby rooms can be quite audible at night.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the helpfulness of the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They provided us with valuable advice on parking and even personalized our room with thoughtful touches like printed albums and handwritten directions. the late check, out option until 4pm was a lifesaver and allowed us to make the most of our trip.

The only downside was the lack of parking in the vicinity. We had to pay for short, term parking and ended up getting a ticket, which was cheaper and more convenient than finding an overnight car park.

We stayed in a small but stylish room in a lively area with many restaurants and bars nearby. We were able to catch the direct bus to St Pancras International, just around the corner from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the windows had soundproofing which made it a peaceful night's sleep.

There were no electricity plugs or a place to put our phone on the side of the bed where we were sleeping.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was ideal with many bars and street food options nearby. Although the next tube station was a bit far, there was a direct bus to St Pancras International just around the corner making transportation convenient. The hotel facilities were modern and high tech, providing free selection of the latest movies on the iPad. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory and the staff were super friendly and conscientious.

Just had a fantastic stay at Citizenm in Shoreditch. We were in London for a weekend getaway and chose this hotel for its convenient location near restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the contactless check-in and out process was a breeze. The room was equipped with cool gadgets controlled by an iPad, and we loved the rain shower head in the bathroom. The breakfast had plenty of food choices and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels. We even got to choose our room location and enjoyed a lovely view of the sunset. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at Citizenm were incredibly pleasant and helpful - a rarity in my hotel experiences. The breakfast options were excellent and the Americano coffee was consistently delicious. I also loved the layout and design of the hotel, particularly the spacious lounge area. Additionally, there was a great selection of newspapers available.
